We help redefine the online experience for Audi owners

We helped Audi to re-design its existing owners’ area portal, following our original implementation in 2015. The portal is an area of Audi's website where customers can manage and track their new car orders as well as view key vehicle and centre information.

Audi’s new portal now offers customers a more premium look and feel, contains new policy information, and an experience that sets the standards for future enhancements.

The Owners area is a key section of the site, allowing Audi to connect with new and existing owners of an Audi vehicle. The portal is the first step in a longer journey to continually engage with new and existing Audi owners and create a genuinely connected digital experience. Designed with simplicity at the centre, owners have access to relevant content, service booking information and accessory purchases at their fingertips.

Going forward, the portal will help Audi to harness the true connected capability of Audi vehicles and make these features available to owners across digital channels.

Following a three-month research project by our user experience team with Audi owners, the new portal now offers further personalisation features including:

  • Redesigned login
  • Email templates
  • Personalised colour scheme based on vehicle colour
  • Warranty policy information and Roadside Assistance policy information
  • Apple Passport and Android Pay digital Roadside Assistance passes for mobile users
  • Restyled car detail pages and specification pages
  • Enhancements to vehicle and order navigation
  • Order tracking offering mobile enhancements

Since launch, Audi has seen significant increases in registered users and online service bookings. It’s their ambition to continue to provide customers with the best digital customer experience that has led to these latest developments.
