Key findings include:

  • 90% claim eCommerce platform selection is the most important decision in establishing a multichannel offering
  • 30% say resistance to change is a major pain point when implementing a platform
  • 92% state that platform security is the deciding factor when choosing a platform
  • 35% state that IoT enablement is key priority to drive sales and improve customer service
