With around 3,500 leased and tenanted pubs in the UK Punch Taverns wanted to enhance the online experience for their publicans and implement a more manageable system across the business.

Salmon are in the process of replacing the existing Punch Buying Club website and call centre solution with a new digital platform built on Magento Enterprise. The new system will offer customers an enhanced multichannel experience across device and a new bespoke Order Management System will help Punch coordinate their customers experience across sales and fulfilment channels.

Working with Salmon has been a very positive experience. Salmon are delivering a seriously complex B2B commerce solution for us. Their Magento experts have helped manage the project from end-to-end.
