Head of Managed Services, UK - Watford
As Head of Managed Services, I am responsible for the live global support operations to our ecommerce/omnichannel customers. My role here at Wunderman Thompson Commerce is to ensure that we are meeting the high expectations of our customers – reliability and performance is our top priority. My job also includes resource management, global strategy and integration of other, new Wunderman Thompson Commerce companies, and peak operations, as well as sales and marketing.
I chose to work at Wunderman Thompson Commerce as it has a great reputation within its industry and I have a family history with this company. At Wunderman Thompson Commerce I get a buzz out of helping others to succeed, whether it’s an internal resource exceeding objectives or helping a client make improvements for their customers.
I think the next big thing in digital will be automation via Artificial Intelligence. Systems will know what we want and/or need before we do! This will happen across all channels in retail, motoring, health, and fitness etc.
My 21st century problem is when my Sat Nav doesn’t pick up traffic until I’m sitting in it! I hate sitting in traffic and unfortunately I have to travel down the M1 past Luton everyday!
If I could have a super-power I would like to be able to see into the future to better influence the present.
