My job involves a lot of client interaction. I spend at least four days a week at client sites. I deal with the commercial and contract negotiations and look for new ways we can add value. Working in B2B, wholesale, hospitality and a range of retail markets I help clients shape their multichannel strategies and aim to ensure Wunderman Thompson Commerce is a key part of their long-term roadmap by advising them in a number of areas including programme delivery, managed services and various aspects of continuous optimisation.
What brought me here? The people. Everyone at Wunderman Thompson Commerce wants the same thing: for the company to be successful in helping its clients. We work hard to make sure the job is done, and everyone’s happy to help each other. There is a feeling of camaraderie here: people seem to understand it’s not one person that makes an account successful, it’s a good mix of the right people.
I really enjoy starting work on new clients, from the moment we hear we’ve been appointed through to planning the delivery and beyond. I like helping to build long- lasting relationships with the client – we really work to understand their goals. I get to stick around and see what the Wunderman Thompson Commerce teams can really do!
