My role here at Wunderman Thompson Commerce is to seek new business opportunities, turn leads into prospects and support them to understand the business value of working with Wunderman Thompson Commerce as an ecommerce partner. Naturally, this results in new fruitful relationships.
What attracted me to working with Wunderman Thompson Commerce were the great references from current employees about the company culture and the possibility of working on complex client projects in the ecommerce space. At Wunderman Thompson Commerce I get a buzz out of working with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds as well as different skillsets. Our deep industry knowledge, teamed with experience with current ecommerce technology and experimentation with new technology means we can come up with creative solutions for every challenge. This excites both my clients and myself.
I think the next big thing in digital will be widespread adoption of data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Many companies are starting to unlock the value and I hope to see the consumer having more and more benefit in time saving and personalised offers in the coming years. The opportunities are endless.
My 21st-century problem is my Amazon Echo responding to anything that sounds like “exa, lexa, xa…” ruining the middle of a new episode of Game of Thrones.
