As Business Director, I work with leading clients to define and deliver outstanding digital solutions and services. I have overall management of key accounts including strategy, development and commercials.

What initially attracted me to working at Wunderman Thompson Commerce was as a working mum, I was on the lookout for an ‘out-of-London’ agency that offered me the same as a London agency – brilliant clients, like-minded people, agency culture, forward thinking mindset and really great work that I’m proud to say I’ve worked on. I’m so glad to say that Wunderman Thompson Commerce has lived up to my expectations. At Wunderman Thompson Commerce I get a buzz out of working with some brilliant brands.

I think the next big thing in digital will be ‘customer first’. We’ve been banging on about it for years now but we really have seen a significant change in terms of brands succeeding that put their customers at the heart of their digital strategy. There is no need to introduce digital tools unless it enhances or speeds up the customer’s experience. We’ve seen a rise in digital experience managers/ digital transformation managers echoing that it doesn’t matter how good your systems or tools are, if your business culture hasn’t adopted them they will fail.

My 21st-century problem is that my kids want to swipe the TV! If I could put something into Room 101 it would be yo-yos. I never understood the joy of a yo-yo, especially when it gets tangled up.
