As a Client (happiness) Manager I'm responsible for everything that involves keeping my clients happy. This means aligning the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development team with the strategic needs the clients have, discuss financial agreements and focus on making the DevOps way of working as efficient as possible.
The reason I was attracted to Wunderman Thompson Commerce was my growing interest in web development and my study in commercial economics – and my studies led to me working with the leading digital commerce company in the Netherlands! I think that digital innovation is awesome and I get a buzz out of the interesting international clients we have at Wunderman Thompson Commerce and working with experts in the field of ecommerce who are teaching me some really cool stuff!
If I had a big bag of money and could invest it in the next big thing in digital, I would invest in digital lenses. This would make it possible to see sharper, record and rewind, install night vision, and zoom in.
If I could have a super-power it would be the ability to create and modify time. There is so much to do and so many awesome places to visit in the world. Time is the most valuable thing and it is something that you just can’t buy.
