With Black Friday passed for another year and Cyber Monday in full swing, here's a round-up of what we've seen from our peak operations centre, responsible for monitoring and supporting a number of retail and brand websites during the busiest weekend of the year (23rd, 24th & 25th November):

    • 76% traffic came via mobile devices
    • 24% traffic came via desktop devices
    • Friday had the most traffic at 48%, with Saturday coming in second at 27% and Sunday last at 25%
    • Female shopping over the BF weekend dominated at 69%
    • 84% of visitors from social media were females
    • 25 – 34 year olds dominated all weekend with 35% of shoppers falling into this age group
