President, Marketplace Services, USA - Seattle
As President of Marketplace Services for North America at Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Frank leads a team of digital commerce experts that serve a wide variety of consumer brands on marketplaces, particularly Amazon. He is also the Leader of WPP ACE: WPP’s Center of Excellence for Amazon. He is a leading expert and frequent speaker on commerce in general, and on key channels such as Amazon. Previously Frank was the Global SVP of Commerce at POSSIBLE, and VP of Client Operations at Commerce Hub (through acquisition of Mercent in 2014), where he was integral in building, growing, and managing the product and services delivery teams that helped Commerce Hub clients generate $7 billion in retail sales through drop-ship fulfilment.
Frank has 16 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience starting with his time in operations at Amazon.com in 2003. He was an engagement manager at McKinsey and Company and started his career as a submarine officer in the U. S. Navy.
A Marshall Scholar, Kochenash earned his master’s degree from the Imperial College at the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
