My role involves working with our clients to help them make the most of their digital potential and ranges from developing their strategy and plans to more tactical initiatives.
I joined Wunderman Thompson Commerce because the high profile client list was very impressive, and I wanted to move from client side to agency side to get variety in my next role. I really enjoy working with different intelligent and fun colleagues who are as passionate about ecommerce as I am!
I work mainly in consumer and retail markets and focus on areas including commerce trends, ecommerce operations, multichannel strategies and implementations. I like to see things through beyond rollout too: site analytics help to create a virtuous circle of improvement.
Most recently I’ve spent a year and a half working with a global luxury fashion retailer, leading their Business Change and Enablement programme, which was a rewarding experience.
My 21st century problem? It’s leaving my phone at home – I feel like I’ve lost a limb and spend all day completely distracted! And if I had a superpower it would be the ability to eat anything bad and still maintain the shape of 18-year-old me!
