In March 2019, Wunderman Thompson and Salmon partnered to form a new division called Wunderman Thompson Commerce. Headed up by Neil, this new division offers world-class technology strategy and delivery capabilities across campaigns, commerce and content allowing our clients to build a seamless customer experience underpinned by data.

As CEO of Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Neil is responsible for overseeing the entire business strategy, shaping their role in future commerce and driving key customer relationships with some of the biggest names in retail and B2B business. Neil was appointed CEO in 2012 and continues to push the boundaries by innovating and transforming Salmon’s commerce offering.

Since joining in 2001 as Regional Sales Manager, Neil has built an invaluable level of knowledge of the ecommerce industry and Wunderman Thompson's clients. By fostering a strong relationship with Salmon’s worldwide clientele and his role on the WPP digital leadership team, he is considered a digital thought leader and has enabled major brands to deliver and integrate enterprise-scale eCommerce and multi-channel operations.
